ID Cooling NO-12025 Fan Series Review|2014.11.18The overall looks of ID-Cooling's NO-12025 is certainly appealing for those that like LED lighted fans that looks unique. I like the fact that it doesn't look like a common LED lighted chassis fan. The build-in anti-vibration rubber in the fan's chassis is ingenious. It is very effective in dampening noise and avoid unnecessary vibration in the entire computer setup as a whole. I find the fan quieter than typical case fans. Noise levels is indeed right around the written specifications.
